Also, after a Tendril inspired build I'm thinking of doing a little Glyos Inhumanoids collection.

A Goliath, and a Skeleton Warrior Titan ought to make a decent D'Compose.

No need to apologize, there's been a few I had no idea what they were an homage of. As for Buzzer I'd say he's an homage to MOTU Buzz-Off. Here's a pic of vintage version, modern Classics version and the 200X version:
