I went and manged to get one of everything and a second block! When I was in the middle of my order and the store went down I thought it was only on my end and it was absolute chaos!

Well, I couldn't help myself. I started thinking about how well that villser core color might mix with my GITD roboforce figure. So I went back for the gendrone, a phaseon, some swing joints and a couple of villser phase arms.
So much for that goal of keeping it under $100.

Same here, but the weird thing is I could go into the store over and over and see them as low stock. I'd add it, go to check out and then after logging into Paypal it'd show the sold out. Glad I've got one coming in my initial order but I really wanted a pair.

I probably should have known better considering the Skeleden, but I was thinking the Glyarmor was going to be for the Glyan.

Oh, Glyarmor does fit on Glyans just fine. Matt glossed over it in one of the posts, but this armor is amazingly universal amongst the characters. It even fits on a Crayboth.

Okay, I arrived late to the game tonight & was like "WHAT?!, the drop is tonight!? WHAT WHAT!?!? it's Glyarmor!?!? WHAT WHAT WHAT!!?!?!? Everything's sold out!?!?!?!?" all within the span of like 5 minutes.

Did I miss the post on the Mission Details blog entry where Matt lists everything that is going up for sale? I swear this was indeed a spectre of a drop, it was here & gone before I could blink. O_o...

My kids know nothing about this drop! I can't wait to keep it that way and throw this stuff in their stockings!!!

It came and went so fast, they are definitely going to be surpirsed.

Ah. Well it sure was a mystery to me. As someone who was there during the days of old, the mystery drops were more fun as there was not 80 gazillion Glyos collectors out there so cartjacking or store crashes were non existent. Heck, the Legion Pheyden from a secret blog post Matt made dated like 1984 stayed up for sale for the better part of a year as no one knew it even existed. Nowadays (as I sound like an old curmudgeon) stuff sells out way to fast it seems.

This is why it's a double-edged sword with Glyos as popular as it is. 5+ years ago, we barely had sell outs. I think the first big sell-out/car-jacking incident was with the Olive Green colored Axis joints & Glyans drop. Those went up on the store & in like 5 seconds were all gone. I remember being so annoyed as this came completely out of left field. I ended up buying a bunch of white Glyans instead as that was all they had left.

Awesome drop though I picked up 3 of the 4 troopers, hades and sarvos. Skipped the villser colors. Great drop to end the year.

I was hoping to get 4 or 5 additional as well. Wouldn't mind seeing them in the store again on restock.

Good thing is that, just like the Skeledon, after a few drops the Glyarmor will stop selling through so quickly

It looks like the Holiday mystery crayboth sold out. I'm a little bummed about that but the rest of the drop is awesome so I'd say this was a big win.

Simple order tonight, just a Spectre Glyarmor figure. It just looks so awesome. By the way, if anybody managed to snag any extra black of Villser style Axis Joint sets for trading purposes, send me a message. I'm could use a few of the latter, and I'm very interested in stocking up on the black ones in particular.

Ugh, I feel like I've been gut punched. Somehow the villser core glyarmor did not end up in my first order (although I know it was in my cart), and I didn't notice until he was out of stock. It wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't gone back and spent another $50 on matching plastic, and he was still in stock at that point. Had I noticed I would have thrown him on that second order.

Sweet Drop tonight! Only got a Villser Glyarmor with Phase-Arm Set and got cartjacked on the holiday cray but super happy!

Limit 1 broke my heart on the Glyarmor, I really wanted at least two of the Hades and Enforcers for the alternate builds, but at least it made sure the new figure got to a lot more people. My own order worked out pretty well, one of everything except for the block and Sincroid, though my fast shopping has been honed to a martial art after years of Japanese collectible buying. You think these drops are bad, I've scrambled for items that were only up for 15 seconds before.

Also, SARVOS IS BACK! And now he's buff!

Glyos News Dump really seems like it's been slacking off lately, they barely report anything outside of Onell drops now and went months without posting screen caps of the menu.

Yeah, this drop sold out stupid fast. Though I got one of each I wanted (save for that mystery holiday zero Crayboth), I think they should have increased the production numbers on this drop because it's the first drop I've seen in a long while where 90% of it sold out in the first 30 minutes.

Although with only one of each, it will probably be awhile before I build anything. Much like the Skeleden, I like the bulked up version so much, I don't even want to take them apart.

Just as well that there was a limit, though. Spread the goodness around, plus it kept me from having to agonize over getting multiples of one and missing out on another.

I avoided most of the glow stuff except Hades Bastille went over my budget by quite a lot. That villser core green is beautiful in hand.
I'd like to see the enforcer glyarmor set come back in buildstation type numbers. Just not right away. A lot of wallets died tonight.
