I think it might be red & green because they recently used those colors in the latest kabuto mushi drop.

If it's colors from a future release, Christmas will have past and a red/green cray might not be as relevant.

Matt has left Cray (as well as other things) a mystery in the pre-drop lists before, so this could be just a switch-up of that formula, since there was no list at all this time. A four dollar investment isn't that much to ask of people for a proven product that only differs in color no matter the release anyway. But it will still be a bit of a let down if this isn't something a little off the wall.

The dark image does look white and black, but maybe it is not Matt's white and black glyarmored traveler, but it still could be based on one of Marty's Kabutos! Maybe it is not based on Marty's Christmas mushi, but his smokey translucent white and black Mushi X which is kind of snow themed, so it could also fit the whole sub zero theory if that actually does have something to do with it.

I mean, I already said it was only four bucks, so it was worth a shot. So whatever disappointment I might feel will be pretty mild.
But offering a mystery figure that ends up being the same old same old will be a little underwhelming.
What I'm hoping for is at least a new type of paint mask. Something along the lines of that Cray from the Weaponeers line that looked like a bird. Maybe work as one thing now, and get repurposed as something else later.
And, honestly, a solid red Cray with a little Santa hat glued on top doesn't seem unrealistic. It could be. I don't know. But there are plenty of cheap xmas decorations being produced at this time of year, and it is not beyond the realm of possibility that the factory might have access to a bulk supply of little pre-made red felt hats that they could slap on the figure without breaking the budget.

Maybe it's 'zero' as in subzero temperature and it's a icy Crayboth using some sort of frosted looking plastic??
