Hey there, everyone!
Have an artist, track, or album you've been dying to share? Or maybe an earworm that just won't quit until someone else hears it? Post 'em here!
Just to get us started, have some El Ten Eleven:
"Yellow Bridges" by El Ten Eleven, from the album Transitions

I consider myself to be a Metal-Head, through & through, but my tastes can and do branch a bit from that lofty tree...
Recently I've been rather enthralled by an Aussie Singer/Song Writer by the name of
Kate Miller-Heidke, she's an Operatically-trained vocalist though persued a career as an "Alternative-Pop" artist.
Here's the track that sparked my curiosity with her way back in 2009 called: "
Words", from her 1st album: "
Little Eve".

To embed youtube vids, put only the youtube ID in between the brackets, in this case it would be xoCNFFBaOek.
cheers!

That'd be bloody right wouldn't it?

Thank you both very much guys for your assistance and explanations, typical it'd be the one thing I didn't try... I'll just be over in the corner for a bit.

...listening to
Fear Factory's - "
Dielectric" from their latest album:
Genexus.

I've been listening to The Moog Cookbook a fair amount lately. Enjoy a funky trip back to the 90's!

One day, this thread will make one hell of a mixtape.
(also hell yeah Moog Cookbook)It's getting colder, greyer, and rainier here, and summer didn't offer many opportunities to grab a car and drive. If anyone else is feelin' it, here are some tracks that might help:
"Montana" by Tycho, from the album Awake"Stunning Clarity" by Signal Hill, from the album More After We're Gone"Pacific Theme" by Broken Social Scene, from the album You Forgot It in People

I'm really digging Magic Sword, these days. Their album was also a pretty rad soundtrack to my D&D game, this past weekend.

Going to see The Pups in a few days, so I figured I'd gear up. I really dig their more recent albums, so here's Damn Thing off of Lollipop.

I've always liked David Bowie and Nine Inch Nails respectively, and after stumbling onto this performance of Scary Monsters it's been stuck in my head for a couple days now. It's a bit of a slow burn at first, but once things get going they really get going.

I've been quiet for a while, but I thought I'd drop some chiller stuff that I've caught lately.

I usually don't care too much about music videos. This one is worth your 3 minutes time.

Awesome! I recently bought tix to their next Boston gig. They are BEASTS.
The lead singer/guitarist is one of my favorites, Stephen Brodsky of
CAVE IN. I highly recommend checking out their catalog- styles range from super heavy prog-metal/hardcore, to spacey riff-rock.
Jupiter is a good album to start with. Brodsky has been involved in a wide range of projects:
Octave Museum,
Pet Genius,
Stove Bredsky plus a slew of quality records under his own name. His latest,
Hit or Mystery, is all acoustic, basically the opposite of Mutoid Man... but still amazing.

I really enjoy Man With a Mission. Especially Raise Your Flag.
Though I also love almost any Kamen Rider and Gundam song so...
