I am a fan of Danball Senki (LBX in the US) and Gundam. I have assembled 8 Danball Senki kits and have assembled 4 Gunpla (with more on the way :D ). What's your favorite model kit series? Also, what model kits would you recommend from Gundam?

I've built too many gunpla kits to count, and most from build/ try fighters my favorite is Wing Gundam Fenice

I have a few LBX models I love them. I like the little ones too that came out in the US, they work well with 28mm wargames.
The only gundam kits I ever picked up were a few versions of the crossbone gundam and the shin musha 1/100ths. They are nice kits.
Frame Arms has some nice looking kits I've been thinking about picking a few up.

Here's every instruction manual for every kit I made between 2007 to 2011 that weren't commissioned or gifted. This doesn't include the kits I made before or after this time period.

I've been making kits ever since they were a thing in America, with my first model kit being the 1/144 Gundam Virsago, and my two latest projects are the 1/144 HG Origin MS-06S Char's Zaku II and 1/144 HG IBO Gundam Barbatos. My number one recommendation for a Gundam model kit is the 1/144 HGUC Rick Dom II. Despite its bulk, it has a lot of articulation. It has a nice simple weapon loadout. It comes in two colors, purple or green.

I'm tempted to get a new version of the red Zaku II but am not sure if I should. As it stands, I have built 6 high grade gunpla. An Exia, a build burning, a GM Space Command, a Gyan, a valuable pod, and an action base II.

I don't see why not. The old HG Char Zaku is really hasn't aged well. When it came out, Build Fighter Amazing Zaku was my stand-in for best Char Zaku, even if it's not UC canon. Heck, my friends and I would joke about painting a Zudah red, because it made for a better Zaku than the original. But with the new Char Zaku from Origin out, I think it's a well needed update.

What would all you guys recommend to someone who like kits that are a fast build, have DECENT poseability (I don't care about unnecessary things like toe joints), have a rather simple look (while I don't like the old anime, I love the simple style), don't require much paint (I have a few paint markers, but not enough patience), and don't have serious design flaws like build burning's arm joints?

I'm tempted to army build GM's and Zaku's

oh man the HG Hi Mock has a simple design, is a quick build, very pose-able , & cheap enough that if you wanted to customize it u don't have to worry about ruining it & you can army build.
i tried posting a video & it wouldn't work but this a good review

What's funny is that I've seen that video. My only reason that I don't want to get a Hi-mock is that the pale green must be painted and I don't have the materials nor patience for that. But thanks for helping!

My tried and true Mobile Suit army builder are the Dom types. My personal recommendation from the type are the HGUC Rick Dom II.

i have 4 Hi-mocks. they just easy to build and added abit to the to make them little different. still debating whether to get a 5th or not. also have 3 goufs but they are all from different modal kits.
here is manuals of all modals I've built and boxes of those i have but not yet built. not as impressive as NoPaintRequired's though.

I absolutely love building gunpla!
My problem is I never know what to do with them afterwards.
They're never good enough to display so I just end tossing them.
It's always been old HG kits or random stuff I come across, so maybe it's finally time to invest in a MG or those new HG kits.
All the previous ones and assembling 40k here and there have been plenty of practice.

Alright, finally took pictures!

(I've been too lazy since I've been binge watching Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans and Build Fighters)

I just want to point out that all the gold on Barbatos was yellow I painted over.
